I’m Donovan Cobb, the Managing Broker of PMI Beltline in Atlanta and a proud Atlanta native.
My journey in real estate began early. I bought my first property at 21, became a licensed real estate agent in 2007 and earned my broker’s license in 2015. Having built my own rental portfolio and worked with property managers across different states, I bring a unique, owner-centric perspective to every client partnership. I know firsthand what property owners truly need.
