No. We provide transparent pricing. You pay exactly what the licensed and insured vendor charges. We leverage our volume to get you the best rates in Atlanta. -
What accounting reports do owners receive?
You receive consolidated monthly financial statements via your Owner Portal, including rent rolls, expense receipts, and year-end 1099s for your entire portfolio -
How are tenants screened?
We perform comprehensive credit, criminal, income, and eviction history verification for every applicant to ensure we place 'tenant-owners' who treat your property like their own. -
What happens if a tenant stops paying rent?
We enforce the lease immediately. If you have the Investor Shield, your income is protected while we handle the legal process and secure a new resident. -
How do you handle lease renewals?
We proactively negotiate lease renewals to keep your occupancy high and your turnover costs low. This 15% performance fee covers market rent analysis, tenant negotiation, and updated lease execution to ensure continued compliance.
